Commissions are: ClosedCommission Status: In Progress

Currently reworking my commission prices, come back another time!

- Additional characters will add 50% of the base price to the final price.
- Backgrounds will have a base price of $10, and may rise depending on it's complexity.
- Sticky Note Doodles are headshots and artist's interpretation ONLY. Do not ask for specifics, you will most likely not get exactly what you want.
- Reference sheet commissions will have a base price of $200, and will rise in price depending on the complexity of the character in question.
- Commissioned or Traded pieces are NOT for commercial use, unless I EXPLICITLY allow it. (NFTs are not allowed, ever.)

TERMS OF SERVICE

To make things clear..I have the right to turn down a commission with no given reason, even if asked for one.In case of possible fraud or art theft, Me or the client who commissioned me have the right to take the stolen work down. Please alert me with any possible cases. If you create NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens) of my artwork, legal action will be pursued.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you agree to these terms, no excuses.

CONCERNING PAYMENT...- I will ask for half of the determined payment upfront, and the other half when the commission is close to completion.
- Payment will be done preferably with PayPal, however Cashapp is an option as well.
- Payment must be given before I start on the artwork. Risking working on the art and having it unrightfully used is not worth it.
- Prices may fluctuate depending on the complexity of characters or backgrounds. You must have readily available pictures or references to help me make the product as satisfactory as possible, so solely written descriptions will not be accepted.
- REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF I’M IN THE FINISHING PROCESS OF YOUR ORDER. Please think before making your purchase, I will not be held responsible for any bad decisions. The only time I will ever allow a refund is if I am unable to finish your commission.
CONCERNING TIME TO COMPLETE THE ART…For my own pacing and mental health, please do not give any deadlines unless you have a good reason to. If you need it to be done by a certain time/day, please let me know at least before starting, and at most 3 days after I have already started the art.CONCERNING POSTING AND PRIVACY…- If you want your art to be private or anonymous, please let me know before or after the commission is done. I’m perfectly fine with keeping things between myself and clients.
- If you plan on using my art for profile pictures, posting it on any social media, or anything similar, please credit me! (I would prefer if you linked my Twitter/Instagram tag)
- If there is any concern of copyright/trademark infringement, or the risk of being legally pursued by stronger persons, I will not post the image, and I ask that you not post it.
- If you plan on commissioning my art for commercial usage, you must have my explicit permission to use it; This includes but is not limited to: Album Covers, Designs for Clothing, Posters, etc. (ask if unsure)
MY PROCESS…- After approving your commission and receiving payment, I will start on the sketch. This is your chance to make any major changes to the final product. Once the sketching phase is done, it will be hard to make any major changes to the digital/physical product, resulting in an extra charge (And I’m sure you wouldn’t want that).
- After the sketching phase, I will start on the digital/physical process. This is usually the longest part of the drawing process depending on the complexity of the image. During the digital process, only minimal changes are allowed (lighting, coloring, etc.).
- Any backgrounds that were requested will add on to the time needed to finish the art.
